Build relationships. Problem-solve. Negotiate. Go into creepy basements, obsess over prices, market trends and the newest listings.

Real estate sales awards that agents often promote include top producer posts, company sponsored trophies and their annual sales volume. This type of ‘recognition’ has always felt outdated and frankly inauthentic to me.

The true measure of success = happy clients that are proud to speak highly of you when you’re not in the room.

I believe people should expect more from their real estate experience. This includes NO bad marketing, NO fridge magnets or calendars with my face on it, NO knocking on your door unannounced, or, stalking you with endless spammy emails.☺️
